What are my shipping options?

Choose from our 5 domestic shipping options at checkout, including expedited shipping for faster delivery. Los Angeles, California customers enjoy free local pickup, but please read below for details on selecting the right shipping method for you.

Processing and Delivery

How long does it take for you to process my order?

Please allow 3-5  business days for order processing. Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your order.

Shipping Costs:

See below for estimated shipping costs within the US, Our business days are Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays are not included in these delivery times. Any delays due to weather or carrier exceptions are beyond our control.

• 2 Business Days: $18.95
• Next Day Shipping: $36.95

Lost Packages:

What if my order was lost?

If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks. Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

What if I entered the wrong shipping info?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.

When will my order be shipped?:

Most orders ship the next business day, excluding customized items. Expedited shipping options are available for urgent orders.
